  1. Are there other areas of study that college students can major in besides marketing that could lead to careers in social media marketing? What specific skill sets do you use most in your work and are there any you highly recommend those interested in this type of career learn?
These questions could be considered “off-topic” but others may be interested as well. Thanks

  2. Would love to get Adam’s opinion on what he thinks are the best strategies on building a following and getting maximum exposure on various social media outlets! What to avoid, what to pursue, how to set, maintain, and reach goals, etc.

    Cheers!

  3. Not sure whether Adam could speak to this, but I’m interested in how to respond to “parody” or “confessions” accounts where the posters are anonymous and people are free to bash or be negative about your product or brand?

  4. For social media marketing purposes, what is an ideal frequency for posting? As a consumer, I find that too many posts are irritating, but it is also frustrating to see the last post dated 6 months ago, and so you are not even certain the site or business is in operation or has the correct, latest information.

  5. Thanks for this webcast!
The most helpful part for me was when Adam addressed which social media forms work with different types of brands. I am new to using social media (I’m one of the few in my generation who is not on Facebook). I am learning how to use social media effectively for my job as a director of an educational program. The tips for connecting my audience with what I have to offer through educational content in an entertaining way was interesting.
For me, the world of social media can feel too overwhelming and out of my control. To hear these suggestions in a streamlined way was helpful, and I will be incorporating them into my creative social media efforts. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience.
